Subscription Terms

Monthly Product Subscription
Your monthly subscription for SpellBrite products displayed in this cart will start when we confirm your payment and will continue monthly thereafter till all products are returned, free of damage. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be billed for an additional subscription amount. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, contact customer service at (312) 575-9620.

Product Subscription
Your subscription starts when we confirm your payment and will continue indefinitely till the products purchased are returned and verified in good, working condition.

Upgrade Plan
At any time, you may choose to return part of the order, and have parts sent (letters, power supplies, cables, etc) to create a different sign. Your monthly subscription amount will be adjusted based upon the new cost of all items you retain and the items returned in good, working condition. Please call customer service at (312) 575-9650 to arrange and determine the new subscription amount.

General Terms and Conditions for all Product Subscriptions
Subscriptions and upgrade plans are non-cancelable and non-returnable for prior months. No refunds will be paid on any remaining subscription or upgrade plans.

If you allow your Subscription to lapse by non-payment, the entire order is required to be returned and all parts verified to be in good working order before the subsection charges are stopped. If any parts are not returned or are returned in not good working order, you will be charged at the retail price on our website for the part(s) in question. Subscription and upgrade plan pricing is subject to change.

Non-payment and/or Non-Return.
SpellBrite (and its parent company iLight Technologies, Inc.) reserves the right to charge you for the full amount of the products purchased under the subscription for lack of payment and non-return of the subscribed parts. You will be notified by an to the original email you used to subscribe that a payment has not been taken.
